Exchange / Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us.

UFIT Global offers 2 options to return your purchase:
1. UFIT Global HQ / Branch
– Bring the DO along with you
2. Self-Shipment (You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item)
– Pack your items with DO attached and delivery it to:

UFIT Global Sdn Bhd (44, 1st Floor, Jalan 1/149D, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 KL)

In order to exchange or return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  1.  Items must be in original condition: Unwashed and unworn
  2. Items must be return within 7 days from the date the item is received
  3.  If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 5-7 days of receiving your order
  4. For all items packed with boxes, both item and the box must be returned in its original conditions
  5. UFIT Global reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn’t meet above conditions
  6. Discounted items are not eligible for a return
  7. Items which comes in package (Eg: Bra), one of the item must be in sellable condition.
  8. Exchange / Return can only be done one time per order number9. Discounted items are not eligible for a return

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

  •  Expect to receive the refund after the lapse of approximately 2 weeks from the date you
    returned your items
  •  All refund will credited to E-wallet.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item UFIT Global will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
